导致青少年在成长过程中陷入困境的原因是多种多样的,社会生态系统理论作为社会工作重要理论之一给予了系统分析思路和介入策略,但运用于困境青少年实务介入及形成的结论甚少。立足社会生态系统理论框架,运用个案研究方法,在具体评估和深入分析困境青少年所面临的问题及影响因素基础之上,从困境青少年个体、家庭、同伴、社区及社会的能力和资源等方面实施介入,修复和改善其生理、心理及社会功能。进而探究改善困境青少年问题的介入成效,以便为其提供更具针对性和有效性的专业服务。

The cause of teenagers getting into trouble in the process of growth is various. Social ecosystem theory as an important theory in social work gave a systematic analysis of ideas and intervention strategies,but it was seldom applied in trouble teenagers practice intervention and the final results were very fewer. This paper is based on the framework of social ecological system. By studying one specific case,we evaluate and analyze the problems that troubled teenagers are facing and influence factors. We study every individual troubled teenager,their families,their friends,and associated communities as well as the resources,hoping to find ways to repair their physical,psychological and social functions and to solve the problems that troubled teens are facing. By doing so we also hope to provide more pertinency and effective professional services.
