集成反应器中陶瓷膜微滤过程的强化研究

摘要(Abstract):
设计并加工了新型无机膜-光催化集成反应器。利用反冲技术对陶瓷膜分离回收TiO2超细粒子悬浆液的微滤过程进行了强化研究。考察了反冲压力、时间、周期对强化过程的影响,确定了合适的反冲条件;有无反冲条件下,考察了反冲过程的重复性。研究表明:采用这种方法明显地提高了渗透通量。
